The application of flock is made thru different stages :

Application of glue - We apply glue on the surface to be flocked. Here it is done on a plastic hanger.

The next stage is the application of flock on the product, the hanger goes through the flocking chamber which works by electrostatics, all fibbers are cut at the exact same length in accordance to the effect you want to give to the product.

To speed up the drying time, the hanger goes through the oven which allow flock to stick perfectly on the product.

We pay great attention to the cleaning stage. First we clean the hook to avoid some flock to stick on it, then we blow away all the flock which is not glued on the hanger.

To personnalize your product with your logo, we use the hot pressing technique.
